Four Additional Attorneys Join Brock PLC; Firm Renamed to Brock Shipe Klenk PLC

Effective January 31, 2020, W. Edward (Ed) Shipe will join Teresa Klenk and John Brock as a partner in Brock PLC, and the firm will change its name to Brock Shipe Klenk PLC. Mr. Shipe specializes in complex commercial litigation, with a particular focus on contracts, finance, and real estate. Mr. Shipe also provides business advice and real estate transaction services to select companies. Joining Mr. Shipe will be Deborah Buchholz, who also specializes in health care transactions and regulatory compliance matters, and Cuyler Haskins, a commercial litigator.

The firm is also pleased to announce that, effective immediately, John A. Lucas will be of counsel with the firm. Mr. Lucas is a highly decorated military veteran who specializes in complex business litigation in both state and federal courts. Mr. Lucas brings extensive experience to a wide range of legal problems including the defense of class action lawsuits, antitrust and unfair competition lawsuits, lender liability claims, product liability suits, and disputes over business control and similar cases. He has argued cases before the United States Supreme Court and numerous state and federal trial and appellate courts nationwide.
