Mahogany P. Jenkins, Of Counsel

Mahogany P. Jenkins graduated with distinction from Cornell University in 2001 and attended the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she served as a senior editor of the USC Law Review and taught legal writing.

Ms. Jenkins received her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from USC in 2004, graduating Order of the Coif. In 2008, Ms. Jenkins received an advanced LL.M. degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University School of Law. Ms. Jenkins previously practiced in leading law firms in Los Angeles and San Francisco. Ms. Jenkins represents banks and businesses of all types in commercial lending transactions, mergers, acquisitions, real estate development, and securities offerings.
